Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Snow Biking

My mom and I spent most of today making cookies. We now both have more cookies than we could possibly use for Christmas. I'll freeze mine and use them as dessert for the next few months, or possibly longer, like until next November. I have a lot of cookies.

We got our first snow of the season today. What does every kid want to do when it snows? If they're my kids, they want to ride their Strider bikes. LOL. We rode up and down the sidewalk today until it got a little too slick to be out there. They had on winter coats, tights, and dress up dresses. Very appropriate outfits for riding bikes in the snow.

We had chili for dinner tonight. Eiley threw a fit in the beginning of the meal because she didn't want chili. Once we got her to actually sit down and eat it, she enjoyed it. When she was on her last bite, she turned to my mom and said "hey Nana, I need help with my last little bite." It was more of a demand than a request, but it was pretty funny. She knew exactly who to go to that would help and not ignore her demand.
