When Cork is watching the kids and I'm in another room, he loves to call me in to see things. Usually, it's something I've seen before. In his defense, I spend all day with them, so I usually see things first. But, usually the things he calls me in for are boogers, spit up, drool, farts and poop. He does call me in for other things, but there are far more booger beckonings than significant summonings.
The girls were both up at 5:00 am this morning making noise in their cribs. If we get them before they are too worked up, we can usually get them back to sleep without a feeding. It was early and we had both gone to bed late. I stayed up late finishing The Art of Racing in the Rain (an amazing book) and Cork stayed up late watching the Olympics. I grabbed Arya to reswaddle and Cork grabbed Eiley. We got them settled, headed back to our room and then Cork tells me that Eiley was on all fours in her crib. I would have loved to see it. I can't blame him though since my brain doesn't work that early when I've been up over and over and haven't slept much.
I don't have a picture of her on all fours, but she looks so cute reading her book, and it's the closest thing I have to her on all fours.
