Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Badger Blast

I love this picture. Sadly, 16 years from now this could be a reality after a Badger game :) The girls had a very late night last night at a birthday party and that made for a very hard day on all of us today. On top of their late night, Arya woke up around 1:30 and barely slept until 4:15. I stayed with her during that time and then got Cork up for his shift. She whined and cried every 5 to 15 minutes when I was with her. She wouldn't tell me what was wrong. I gave her tylenol in case it was her molars bothering her. She told me her ear didn't hurt, but she kept grabbing at her jaw/ear. Once Cork laid down with her, she slept much better than she had during the hours I was with her.

I think I've mentioned that both girls really love the baby. It's so cute how they talk to my belly and rub it. Today, Arya decided to play peek a boo with my belly. She lifted my shirt, and covered my belly button with her hands to play. This is the same child who plays peek a boo by covering her ears. I really need to get a video of that while she's still doing it.
