Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Bobbing for Oranges

I like peeling oranges when they're warm rather than straight out of the refrigerator because it's so much easier.  I put some in warm water today so I could peel them and for some reason thought it was a good idea to teach the twins how to bob for oranges. Two soaked heads later, we started to throw objects in the bowl to see if they'd sink or float. It made a huge mess and lots of stuff that shouldn't have gone in the bowl did, but it was a good learning experience.

I think our games today wore them out.

Zia wasn't worn out though. She took a 20 minute afternoon nap and was ready to go again. She's so close to standing.

I was on the phone for a couple minutes today and the twins removed all the DVDs from the tv stand and did this with them.
