Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Growth Spurts

The kids have been growing like weeds lately. If they don't slow down, they'll grow out of their 2T pants before winter is done. I'm not sure their tiny frames can hold up 3T pants. So they'll either walk around ready for a flood with 2T or like a '90's rapper in the 3T.


To keep up with their growth, they are eating like crazy. They ate for an hour at lunch today. I figured they wouldn't be that hungry for dinner, but I was wrong. They each ate a decent dinner, some apple pie and then needed 2 snacks before they could fall asleep. They were in bed and crying that they were hungry about an hour after the first snack. Poor kids' stomachs aren't big enough to keep up right now.
