Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Roller Girls

Zia was sicker today than she was on Sunday. She only vomited once, but she had a fever and just wanted to be held. When she wasn't up by 7:30, I called a neighbor and she brought the twins to the bus stop for me. Zia didn't get up until 9:30. She spent the entire day hanging out on my lap. I mean the entire day. I fed the twins bagels, cold cereal, and chocolate for lunch. Basically I let them eat whatever they wanted. I didn't put Zia in the Ergo because I was afraid she'd throw up all over me. At least by holding her I could turn her away if needed. I finally put her to bed at 8:00 pm and she was mad, but she really needed to go to sleep and she wasn't doing it on me.

Since she was so sick, I missed out on bringing the twins to swim lessons and to roller skating for their school. Cork came home early to take them swimming and then took them roller skating. He even rented skates for himself and went with them. They were so bad, but so cute. I really wish I could have been there. He didn't get them home until after 8:30 and they were spent.
