Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Quarter Barrel

Eiley is my little Quarter Barrel. She's bigger than her sister, but doesn't eat as much. She is much more leery about food than Arya. When I feed her, she always has to take a tiny taste of what's on the spoon before she'll open her mouth wide. She likes a nice variety of food. At one meal I can give her fruit, veggies, cheese, beans and meat. If she's done with a food, she'll refuse to open her mouth for it, even if she's not full. Arya on the other hand could eat a whole meal of hummus and be perfectly happy.

While she's leery about food, she obviously will put just about anything else in her mouth. We played with dandelions today, which means she tried to eat them and I tried to stop her. She obviously didn't like the taste, but kept sampling it.
