Frisbee and Trifle

Cork and Uncle Greggy's ultimate frisbee team was having a party at our house today. I decided to make a cake for this party. As always when you only have a certain amount of time to get things done, my cake stuck in the pan. It was a really good chocolate cake though, so I didn't want to throw it out. Cork suggested I cut it up and make a trifle out of it. I think a second chocolate cake would have been faster, but the trifle turned out really good. The kids happily helped clean out bowls full of vanilla pudding and raspberry coulis.
