We took our time getting going this morning. We started the day with an oven pancake made with coconut milk. My sister cooks a lot like me. If you're missing a main ingredient, you look in your cupboards to see what else you have to add. The girls can't have cows milk, so Karen decided to try a can of coconut milk. The pancake turned out awesome.
Once we finally got going, we drove to Vista and watched one of my nieces in a parade. We then joined the girls' cousins and my brothers at one of their houses. We had a great evening visiting with everyone. It was fun to watch all the cousins together.
