Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Sleeping is for the Birds

The kids don't want to nap lately. Eiley was in a crib while Arya took a very short nap. Obviously, she wasn't sleeping. She played with the aquarium, the mobile and her toes for about an hour. Arya spent most of that time exhaustively screaming as I did everything I could to try to console her and get her to sleep. Eiley was so cute, but it would be nice if she slept and wasn't quite so angry/tired by the end of the day. Usually we eat dinner and then put them to bed. Tonight we put them to bed first because they were quickly morphing into the Devil's children.

  3. Again, I'm so thankful for being blessed with a sleeper or I'd be the devil, forget her.
