Welcome to the Roe household blog. We're attempting to post 365 days of pictures in a Roe. Cork and I have been married since 2002 and welcomed identical daughters in August of 2009 after a struggle with infertility. Our girls were definitely worth the wait and I say they were destined to be here because they were conceived on my birthday, due on my sister's birthday and born on my grandma's birthday. What are the chances of that! We welcomed our third daughter in June of 2012. We all fell in love with her right away. She has two amazing older sisters who love to watch over her.

Tour De Food

The amount of food I eat in a day is incredible. I eat way more now than I did when I was pregnant. I know my intake will go down soon when the girls eat more solids and less milk. Until then, I'm happily eating anything and everything I want because I'm hungry all the time. Below is what I ate today so far. I'm sure I'll snack on some grapes or something similar before I turn in for the night.
-2 bowls of cold cereal with 2% milk....I rarely eat cold cereal for breakfast and this is the first time I've had real milk on it since the kids were born.
-Slice of whole wheat banana bread
-Home made applesauce with plain yogurt and coconut
-Chicken, ham, salami and cheese sandwich on grainy bread with a disgusting amount of mayo
-Thin mint cookie
-Cup of decaf coffee with half and half
-Roasted sweet potato
-Strawberries
-Hunk of cheddar cheese
-Hard boiled egg
-Slice of whole wheat banana bread with butter
-Handful of almonds
-Apple
-Kavli cracker with peanut butter
-Chicken leg
-Mashed celery root, potatoes and carrots with green chilies
-Asparagus
-3 slices of whole wheat banana bread, one with butter
